As well, you can update your personal or payment information plus more.
Website Customer Dashboard Support
When you make your first booking request our system will automatically create an account for you. You can access that account through our app that we'll send you or through your Customer Dashboard on our website. Just click on the Customer Dashboard icon and login.
Through your Customer Dashboard you can chat with an Expert Support Agent plus do much more like see past bookings or create, cancel or move a booking. As well, you can update your personal or payment information plus more.
Help Centre Support
We understand that from time to time you will just need a quick answer and don't want to communicate directly with anyone. For these instances we provide an online Help Centre on our website where you can find a variety of articles on most everything you need to know about how we work.
We add new articles all the time so check back if what you need isn't there. As well, if you don't find your answer there you can create a support ticket right in our help centre and an expert Support Agent will respond to your ticket 100% of the time!
Social Media Support
Whenever anyone messages us through Facebook or most other social media platforms the message will go directly into our Help Desk Dashboard where an Expert Support Agent will response as if it was a live web-chat.
